Welcome back to Tolderol for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. We are pleased to be able to share this weekend with the German Shorthaired Pointer Club which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Our two feature events, the Tolderol Cup and the Michael Verco Trophy both have a long history and celebrate the contribution of the Verco family to retrieving in this state. Many thanks to Jennett Verco for once again making the property available to us for trialling and camping. Thank you for supporting The Retrieving & Field Trials Club of SA Inc with your entries. Thank you also to Elio, Mark and Paula for travelling from interstate to judge and thanks to all the Stewards, Trial Managers and Run Managers, plus competitors, for their assistance. All the information can be downloaded from this page, with a stunning first page graphics of a painting by Pieter Zaadstra of Elio and a couple of his dogs. For 27 years Pieter also hunted over Gundogs (GWP), travelling around Australia. Purported to be now retired, Pieter is claiming to be leading a quieter life in the Murraylands in SA. We thanks Pieter for his generous permission to use this image of Elio and his GSPs on our catalogue cover. (zaadstra.com.au).
We also acknowledge the support of our sponsor – Cobber supported by Daish.
